What we do

About Us

Fusion Bowling sells and installs small, private bowling alleys. We hand-pick the highest quality equipment and materials most suitable for a home environment. And it's got to be reliable! We have a small team, a small warehouse, and we are laser focused on small projects even when large projects come our way. This allows us to keep a tight grip on quality control.

Dos and don’ts

We do...

We work with awesome people on 1- to 4-lane projects inside the US only. We do projects in residences, recreation barns, basement game rooms, vacation rentals, multifamily clubhouses, corporate office amenities, and other types of private venues. We help you design the bowling alley room, and then we sell and install the equipment.

We don’t do...

If you are opening a commercial bowling center, are outside the US, or want a project with more than 4 lanes, we aren’t the partner for you. We don’t take every project that comes our way. We treat everyone with dignity and kindness, and will pass on customers who don't share the same attitude. We also value trust and keeping things simple - no huge complex contracts.

Our history

How we began, and where we are now.

1980s

Doyle Claxton (father of Ryan and Matt) starts a company which sells used bowling alley equipment.

1990s

As teens, Ryan and Matt begin working in the 20-lane public bowling center their dad built and operates.

2000s

Ryan earns an engineering degree and MBA from the University of Florida, and works in multifamily real estate development. Matt studies electronics engineering, then enters the bowling equipment sales and installation business.

2011

When their dad passes away, Ryan leaves his real estate development career to start a new company, Fusion Bowling, with Matt. Their goal is to concentrate solely on small, high-end, customized, private bowling alley projects.

Today

After installing hundreds of lanes in homes, Fusion Bowling has built a stellar reputation among luxury home builders across the country, and enjoys many repeat clients.

What are people saying about Fusion Bowling?

Our goal is to create a delightful experience for every person we work with—homeowners, builders, architects. But, don’t take our word for it:

5 stars

"Fusion bowling was great to work with. We knew nothing about bowling lanes and they worked with our contractor to make sure we had everything we needed. They explained the differences between the types of machines and we went with the string machines and are very glad. Our family has started doing a league at our lanes and our used several times a week with absolutely no problems at all. We love our bowling lanes and loved working with fusion. Great service before during and after the sale!!!!"

"I had never put a bowling alley in a house before, and so when I was looking for a company to provide that service, I met with Matt at Fusion Bowling. Matt and his team provided all the information that I would need and made sure that I knew every detail of what I needed to do to make sure the job went smooth, they made visits to the site and numerous phone calls to me to confirm all openings and placement of all sleeving needed for wiring and made the job a huge success and a very happy client. I highly recommend Fusion for anyone looking to have a bowling alley installed, for the simple fact that the attention to detail and the communication provided from Matt and his team made the job as simple as possible."
