What are people saying about Fusion Bowling?
Our goal is to create a delightful experience for every person we work with—homeowners, builders, architects. But, don’t take our word for it—read the reviews.
"They matched the car scheme I was looking for. Ryan and Matt were great from day one, they were professional and helpful with what I was trying to do. The installers did a great job keeping everything clean and were very professional. This was a unique setting in a custom game room / garage and it turned out perfect."
"The entire process was enjoyable. The pre-install guide was very helpful to get the site ready. We designed the whole house around the bowling alley and the homeowners couldn’t be happier. Fusion Bowling is one of the easiest subcontractors to work with."
VP of Residential Development
"Great to work with!"
"We were introduced to Fusion Bowling during a third floor build-out that we were doing for a repeat client. Needless to say, we had never put a bowling alley in a class A office space let alone on the third floor. We were very skeptical of how this might work but everyone at Fusion made the experience very easy on us, and educational. High marks from all of us."
Vice President of Operations
"Matt Claxton was responsible for the installation of my two lanes which are now in operation for several years. Matt was always available by phone to patiently answer all of my questions, and came out to my home multiple times to make sure that everything was in order. I’ve been very happy with my installation and operation. Thank you!"
"The whole process was very organized and the project went as planned. Employees were very professional and great to work with. Getting the equipment down the areaway was a challenge. Great company to work with."
"Fusion Bowling’s installation team made themselves available for any trouble shooting problems we had with the newly installed machine. At one point, we had a guest with children play on the new machine. Fusion Bowling came to the facility to do a follow up on the bowling alley to make sure everything was operating properly after installation. This exemplified excellent customer service."
Sr. Project Manager
"As a builder, this was the first time working through the process of installing a bowling alley in a personal residence. Matt and Ryan are both very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to anything related to bowling alleys. They gave a very clear and understandable approach to the process from start to finish. I can appreciate the honesty and intelligence they exhibited when questions or concerns came up. If it could be done, they had a game plan on how to make it work and if it couldn't couldn't be done, they gave an honest and knowledgeable explanation as to what backed up the decision. I will commend the communication throughout the process of prep and install. Matt Claxton was very responsive and gave clear direction on timing and needs for a successful install. Amidst the challenges of 2020 and into 2021, Matt was very clear on product availability and managed expectations very well. I have no doubt that even after a flawless install, if ever there would be a question or need of a repair, Fusion Bowling stands behind their equipment and install. Fusion Bowling also exceeded our expectations when it came to working with the interior designer on creativity and themes. Their ability to acquire unique bowling alley decor and theme related items is truly impressive. If it can be thought of, they have the ability to create a plan to make it happen. Thanks Fusion Bowling for all your hard work and exceeding our expectations!"
"They were great to work with and professional. They knew their stuff and it showed in everything they did. The default monitor mounts were not right for my install, so they worked with our AV crew to determine what mount would be best and it worked great. Expect to have a great experience."
