Project Summary

Historic 5 Cedarwood Ave was originally constructed in 1910 as a library and 3-lane bowling alley for Fort Screven adjacent to the Historic Tybee Barracks. The restoration and conversion of the building into a short-term vacation rental includes 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a modern single-lane bowling alley, new kitchen, mini bar, and heated pool. This is the perfect multi-family getaway in the historic Barracks area of North Beach on Tybee Island for up to 14 people.

What's the lead time?

It takes about six months to get the equipment ordered, prepped, and ready to ship.

How long does it take to install a bowling alley?

A pair of lanes take about one week to install. Single lanes take about six days, and 4-lane projects take about  11 days.

When do you install the equipment?

The window of opportunity is after HVAC is up and running but before flooring is installed.
