Project Summary

Inspired by Detroit’s historic Belle Isle Aquarium, this private basement bowling alley combines dramatic old-world architecture with a clean, understated bowling installation. A series of vaulted green tile arches creates a striking visual tunnel toward the bowling pins, while warm wood lane surfaces were selected to blend naturally into the room’s rich palette of stone, millwork, and tile. Custom green swirled bowling balls were created specifically for the project to echo the room’s signature color palette, helping tie the entire entertainment space together from the lanes to the adjoining bar and lounge area.
