Project Summary

This four-lane bowling alley was created as a signature amenity space for a luxury apartment community, combining residential-scale comfort with a playful, entertainment-focused design. Custom-painted light blue capping, contrasting lane and approach colors, and a different neon pin color on each lane give the installation a distinctive personality, while sculptural acoustical baffles wrap both the side walls and the curtain wall to create a cohesive architectural feature throughout the space. Under UV lighting, hidden water-ripple graphics emerge across the lane surfaces, transforming the room for evening events and social gatherings. Curved blue lounge seating, bold geometric patterns, special-effects lighting, and bowling-inspired wall décor complete the experience, creating a vibrant clubhouse destination where residents can gather, compete, and unwind.
